Coffee Filter Hats

We had so much fun in my art class today!  I taught them how to make coffee filter hats. Yes, really. They are made out of these HUGE coffee filters.

First we painted them:

The kids used water color to decorate their coffee filters.

They Could use spray bottles, eye droppers, or doubers.

They got really creative.

It was fun to see what they came up with.

Then we dried them .

Then we transformed them:

Don't they look cute!!!
